I just finished 40mg dbol split 20/20 and I'm glad it's over. Great gains but the back pumps were getting ridiculous, even with added taurine outside of my preworkout drink. I got a vial of anadrol 50 and doing 1cc an hour prior to training. Looks like the bloat is starting to subside some already.
50mgs a day a couple hrs before workout has always worked for me and as far as bloating it's never been a problem for me but a friend of mine always seemed to bloat up any time he ran them and found out that just 100mgs a week of eq helped him out and helped cut back on the bloating a lot
