I switched to dc 11 weeks ago, loving it made great gains on my first 10 week blast on a 2 week cruse right now. I’m 26 and power lifted in my teen days, so I’m pretty strong close to 500 pound bench over 700 dead lift and around 600 squat. My thing is on the 2 way split I’m killing myself with my first couple lifts like incline and military press to the point I feel it takes away from my back training. I know wojo says to stay with the 2 way for a good amount of time because of more opportunities per year to grow. I just feel like I could lift harder on the 3 way. Maybe I’m getting ahead of myself are should I move to the 3 way? If it helps I’m 6’2 265 about 14% bf.
