Jrock king is taking the piss.
He loves this routine. As do I and many others on here.
I think one of th best things about bbb is that everything is laid out for you.
Don't question it just follow it as planned. Be strict with rest periods by the clock. Remember you are building fatigue. If you squatted and you still feel screwed after your 60 sec rest period tough shit, grit your teeth and get under the bar. I remember my first time on this routine by week 3 squats at 13-15 reps I had about 135 on my back for the last set and was blowing out my ass.
Don't be afraid to put food away, this routine makes you hungry. My personal fave is the 4 day but that is just because of my work schedule. I can actually see the 6 day being very effective with quick in and out workouts.
From bbb training and found the post LATS made regarding his friends training and his was very similar. 3 sets hit the muscle hard, rest it for a couple of days then hit it again
Thanks comedy. I plan on starting the 6-day version on Monday. Here's what I've laid out. Same exercise choices for all days all the way through SG1. I'll then switch and use another static set for level 2. Does this make sense?:
Back = Chin-up
Chest = Dip
Biceps = DB Curl
Calfs = Seated Calf Press
Delts = Behind The Neck Shoulder Press
Triceps = Narrow Grip Bench Press
Legs = Squat
Abs = GHD Sit-up
J rock it's fine using the same but I think you can get better mileage from picking 3 different exercises. Add the 3 rep ranges and you really hit from all angles.
I'd go so far as to say that a couple years or more of training with Big Beyond Belief and eating according to the Anabolic Diet will be as close as anybody could get to the effects of a moderate cycle of AAS, HGH ans Slin without actually using.
