DC or Dorian Yates style HIT training???

What is a really good way to throw some muscle on (if diet and sleep were in check) i keep hearing about DC training and Dorian Yates HIT training? What do you PM guys prefer? If you got another method of training you think is better by any means please list it and ill research it or read your post about it thank you guys

I use super high intensity and moderate volume, works great for me!
 
you wont go wrong with any method...everybody is individual and you will have to find out for yourself what works best...alex

well it has been completely beaten to death....and then some
 
do just about any published workout consistently with high intensity and continue to have rep count / weights go up week to week and it will work. DC has a few things built in to avoid plateaus, which is nice
 
Any program that will allow you to progress is a good one. It depends on the individual but the whole point is progression over time. It's a marathon, not a sprint. If there was a magic formula then every slackjaw from your gym would be a monster. Dorian's style allowed for progression, so does DC's and many others. You can ask a million people for their insight and get a million different viewpoints and be able to learn a little something from all of them. The point is how you apply it to YOUR body.
