Ok, I have read about a hundered threads on the DC routine, I have even printed it out from some thread and I have it now commited to memorey and am venturing out starting Monday to begin but I want to clarify about cardio. As I have stated in a couple other posts I have some donuts from Krispy Kreme sitting around my waist and that is it. From the way DC looks I am not going to want to do anythong after this routine. So on the "off" days should I do light areobic exercise like jogging just for some movement for the day, or do I need that day for rest?
