What are some ways you guys incorporate weighted stretchers, isoholds, and static stretches in your workouts?
Mine:
bench press- pushups on the Bar
DB incline press- hold at the top or bottom
overhead press- rear Stretchers
tricep cable- hold the tension
preacher Curl- banded curls
overhead row or pulldown - stretcher at the top
hack squat - leg elevated quad stretch
