It is the same one Tyrone. There was a delay as Jason decided to extend the DVD another hour as we had alot of footage he wanted to add....

Yes the DVD covers structuring your DC program and also shows the stretches. There's also a number of never-before seen exercises created by Dante.

The focus is the training aspect of DC so there is minimal coverage of the nutrition aspect.
