Hey guys i had a quick can anybody on this board give me a better explanation or article that i can go to so i can learn more


i went into the intense muscle website it explains but not completly dont know if its saying 3 sets to failure per excercise and it also talks about carb cuttoff but in there newbie article it doesnt give details
 
You can also got to www.intensemuscle.com.

There is a section in there called pound puppy forum where you can have your basic DC questions answered.

That's old info. and Dante would prefer that training manuals not be distributed.

Intensemuscle.com is the place to get these kinds of questions answered.

George, I'm not sure quite what you're asking. If you put up a specific question in the Puppypound (like Bulldog suggested), you'll get answers pretty quickly...

Just remember if you read any manual, its probaly from some guy who cut and pasted my posts from about 5-6 years ago together. You have no idea who im talking to or who it pertains to. I really wish people wouldnt do that as its taken out of context
Ive never put a manual out there. Drives me nuts thinking that I might of been answering a question by some skinny guy and an endomorph is reading that manual thinking it pertains to him

agreed, there are some basic points obviously, but as stated by dc you dont know who he is talking about. Its like reading "ronnie colemans" bicep blast in flex, it aint gonna work for you the same way unless its specialized for ya. email him, and see what he can do for ya!
 
DC is catered to each person...

so that is why there are so many ideas out there.

Talk to him and see if he will take you under his wing...he is well worth the money.

BUt he is also a very busy fella...and if you do not have the drive or heart, he will not waste your time.
 
Agreed, just e-mail Dante and let the man himself help you!! That way the program is designed for you!! ;)
 
I was trained by DC last year, and can assure you there is NO substitute for his personal, daily guidance.

He is the only person I know who's been able to figure out how to train with maximal intensity and frequency.

The Cycles on Pennies thread is older, and a decent place to start, but as Dante has said already, a lot of his thinking has moved beyond that point.

DOGGCRAP NEED SOME HELP

DC Says train Monday Wens Friday and on friday do wens workout but diffrent excercises then its say that on the following monday do wens workout but diffrent machines that means on friday and monday i will hit bi's
dont understand

Monday:
Chest
shoulders
triceps
back width
back thickness

Wednesday
biceps
forearms
calves
hams
quads

Friday (Different Excercises)
chest
shoulders
triceps
back width
back thickness

The problem is that the people who've actually been trained by Dante are not going to divulge his inside info out of respect and gratitude, but also becuase it's what we agree to upon being taken on by him. There have been a few dicks, completely without honor, who've violated this, but even then, you'll only get a routine designed specifically for that one person, which may not work well for you.

The general priciples can be found in a number of places, but the specific application to each unique individual, constantly fine-tuned by Dante, is what really makes this work!

The interpretations on Intensemuscle.com by people who've not been actually trained by Dante often miss the mark - sometimes by a little, sometimes by a lot.

Hopefully, you'll be able to work with him personally - it's worth WAY more than you'll pay for it!

I meant no disrespect to you the forum members and especially Dante
when I asked about the routine I meant the basic one that on intense muscle under newbie’s never wanted to get inside info or anything just wanted to have the fundamental routine explained so I can apply it to my training until I get a response from Dante I was very eager to try DC so I am going to try the basic to get my feet it would be great to train with Dante if he does accept to train me if he responds and excepts I will love to start with him in the beginning of January

Yuor questions are often asked about DC's programs. I just wanted to let you know that it's Dante's hands-on that really makes the program work. By all means play around with the basic ideas just to get a feel for things, and hopefully, Dante will take you on as a trainee.
