Hey guys i had a quick can anybody on this board give me a better explanation or article that i can go to so i can learn more
i went into the intense muscle website it explains but not completly dont know if its saying 3 sets to failure per excercise and it also talks about carb cuttoff but in there newbie article it doesnt give details
