Hi everyone - when using DC training and you are training on quads day - what rest do you have between the first and second set of squats?
The first set is 4-6 reps i believe and then a 20 repper.
Do you have any rest between those sets or is it basically - perform the first set - strip the bar to the weight you need for the second set - and then get on with it?
