Please forgive me if I offend anyone on this subject in advance. I’m extremely interested in this boards breakdown of DC training do’ and dont’s. I would love the feedback from those who implement this style of training and hope to find a more comprehensive guide to the protocol. If available will a member please direct me to a source in which I can understand the fundamentals and a set by set protocol to achieve the desired results? I have only been able to to find short abridged versions such as on T-Nations “artical or the week.” All criticism / positive feedback / overview / and results are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time reading this post.

DC training is good. I prefer it with higher reps.

You can also use his principles and adapt to your own needs. Sort of what I do.

Get stronger on basics. Train 3 or 4 times a week. Each bodypart twice. Eat good. Rest...

That's basically it.
 
Started doing this about 3 months ago on TRT and been on 500mg Test for 6 of those weeks adding things slowly...

Best I’ve looked and felt in years...

Also implemented other changes in my life but DC Training and some points in the diet department that he’s also talked about have definitely been 2 things that have made HUGE differences...
