Just started DC training 2 weeks ago and LOVE IT!!!! Was already doing something like it ( Yates style ) but after reading up on everything about DC....it only makes sense if you want to GROW!!!!!!

what are everyone's thoughts about doing DC training without a w/o parter. I'm new to my area (prescott valley) and also dont have consistent times i workout(meaning 3pm one day, then 1pm, or 7pm) because of scheduling conflicts.

that is no problem at all . i always do DC alone . but i strongly advice to get a spot for all quad exercises , as you don't wanna get stuck in a leg press . sure you can hook in thew weight , but the goal with DC , is going to failure with good form .
