Can someone explain to me DC training. And if you are doing it what do you think.
Just order the DVD. Thats what I did and I got all the info I needed except the diet part. I have yet to include DC training into my regimen but I have included DC stretching and that alone has caused me to get sore bodyparts that would never get sore in the past.
I am glad all you guys like it..Thanks Scott for posting the link!...Our objective was to make this an instructional DC training DVD.
The nutrition part we laid out the basics. After talking with Dante we didn't want to go into too much detail into how to structure a diet as everybody has different macronutrient and caloric needs.....
Loved it, but You should have stayed with the eighties retro look, made me feel young and in the old gym... HAHAHAHHA.. Can you squat in those shorts....

That was a horrible expirence and I can't believe Jason talked me into that...LOL.....Seriously it was funny as shit as I had a hard time even putting that stuff on let alone trying to keep a shred of seriousness when working out in it...LOL....
Like I said in the video It is VERY IMPORTANT to wear these man daisy dukes when performing stiff legged deadlifts and lying Hamstring curls....lol
Im 40 yrs old. Can I still benefit from it as well as someone younger?

not to take anything away from dante...
but i think the success lies in the belief in the program. and also, his high protein diet. in fact, i think thats the mian reason why people do so well. diet is the most important part of boybuilding. period. if you go from 300 g of protein to 500 g of protien your going to start growing faster.
whether or not two short growth sessions per week are better tyhan one big growth session per week is more beneficial? ehhh. its a theory, and its not backed by SCIENCE of how muscles atrophy. but it seems to work. so if you like it, believe in it, and are dedicated with it..youll gain just as much as on any program. even more, if you didnt have the diet in line before hand.
(And by the way... i have heard before "you can train hard, or you can train long", and " you can tap on a nail all day long or you can strike it once with a hammer"... but those are both complete bullshit. you can train hard and long. and you can hit that nail with a hammer several times. you just need more recovery time.)
If you are serious about putting on a ton of quality muscle and changing your look to the point of not being able to recognize yourself when looking in the mirror then DC is the way to go. I can't even put to words all the Dante and his program have done for me but when I hit the stage late in the year I think you will see what I am talking about. I have gained more quality size working with Dante and DC over the last few months than I did all last year. This training method is truly amazing if you follow it to the T along with the nutrition.
Thanks Dante
I'm glad that you have thought a lot about this but I think you would benefit if you try it. I had very good success on a high volume program for years. In fact I got to 280lbs on my own and in decent condition but after starting with Dante and DC I weighed in this morning at 298lbs and lower bodyfat. Also my look is completely different and I have much improved strength and flexibility. On top of all of that my body feels great because everything is done in a controlled fashion. If you doubt the program at all though don't even start it because if you can't give it 110% then you aren't training DC. He doesn't try to sell people on the program, in fact I had to pester Dante to death to take me as a client before he stopped working with athletes. To each his own and to be honest I hope that all my competition this year doubt DC. It will just make winning easier.
