you were not kidding about the shoulder rehab. That stuff is brutal. I grabbed the broomstick handle thinking "fifty reps, pfffhhh..." Well, that stuff was rough. After 20, I was beginning to wonder if 50 was gonna happen. At 35, my entire upperback/shoulder area was engorged with blood and lactic acid. I was sweating like a hebrew slave....it was bad. I stopped at 40:eek: figured it might be best to work my way up to 50. Well, that's what I'm telling myself.:D

One question for you though, if you don't mind. Do you like your guys to continue with their normal shoulder training or kind of "cruise" the shoulders while doing this everyday?

careful you don't injure yourself rehabbing. work up to flexibility otherwise you will just reinflame your tendonosis.
 
I like guys to use 50 reps at first to get the movement down but with time they can come down to 20-25 revolutions once they know how to do it and stretch into it.

As far as training.....thats individualistic on injuries
 
I did it after attemting to train shoulders. It appears to just be my right shoulder, and only with pressing movements. I can handle VERY high rep laterals, but it definately hurts afterwards. I'm pretty sure it's a rotator cuff injury from doing snatches ( HS Football nostalgia, damn it!!). Is it normal for it to be this intense? I wasn't exagerating at all.
