you were not kidding about the shoulder rehab. That stuff is brutal. I grabbed the broomstick handle thinking "fifty reps, pfffhhh..." Well, that stuff was rough. After 20, I was beginning to wonder if 50 was gonna happen. At 35, my entire upperback/shoulder area was engorged with blood and lactic acid. I was sweating like a hebrew slave....it was bad. I stopped at 40 figured it might be best to work my way up to 50. Well, that's what I'm telling myself.
One question for you though, if you don't mind. Do you like your guys to continue with their normal shoulder training or kind of "cruise" the shoulders while doing this everyday?
