After a 2 month low intensity "break" i'm finally going hard in the gym again. This was my first deadlift session since late march. I'm going with a set, medium to low rep strategy. Aiming for a 700 lb deadlift over the next 8 - 12 weeks. It's gonna take a lot work, but it's doable. And don't worry guys i'm not gonna start posting 50 video's a week again Take a look.
