Decided to use a little more leg drive today. Managed to pull 575x4 but must have tweaked my hamstring a bit because I felt it on every rep of the subsequent set (455x8). A smart trainer would have stopped the set because it felt like something was going to pop at the top of every rep, but once I get going it's hard for me to quit (kind of like the time I ruptured my pec but decided to do two more reps). Fortunately it seems to be fine, just a minor pull.
Bodyweight has been floating just under 220.
