Deadlifts Back or Leg day??

I'd rather muster up whats left after a back workout for deads, even if its less weight than hinder the entire back workout to be able to go heavier for just deads.
But as long as you do them, they are the king of all exersices.

Well its back day lets see how this works out. Im gonna do them last just so im nice and warmed up. They take so much out of me. What a grooling exercise! Im gonna try the overhand grip too just to be safe maybe i can do more........will c
 
deadlifts on back day for sure. and I also started doing them at the end recently. Othwerise, they kill my energy for the rest of the back workout

The overhand grip is a lot tougher, no chance of me personally lifting as much even with straps.

Really i find it awkward with the under overhand grip but i did lift less with the overhand grip this week. I got to blame it on something,lol. Now i got to wait a whole another week to see where im at....sucks!
