Proviron has always been a must for me in any cycle I have run. If anything stronger is needed, Adex/exemistane is great for estrogen suppression. Cabergoline is amazing for progesterone suppression.

I am not a doctor nor do I have empirical data supporting what I say, but this is what worked for me...

After I gained a ton of weight coming of a cycle 8 years ago, I SWORE I had gyno. Went from loving every excuse for taking my shirt off to being uncomfortable even in wife beaters. Was scared to death to take any kind of test after.

I think unless you have a full on big lump of breast tissue, it's likely fat. After all, isn't that what breast tissue ultimately is?

High doses of masteron, clean diet, heavy lifting, tren and aromasin helped me out a ton.

If you get your body fat real low and it's still there, I would say time to see a surgeon.

I have battled gyno since puberty. Nolva and exemestane work alright, but I have better success with clomid. My problem seems to be more pituitary related. Reading this thread, I would consider a Nolva/Clomid stack. I want to up the annie though and add some hgh frag injected around the fatty nipple. It would be nice to have it gone once and for all without surgery. Might have to work that stack into my research.

My gyno is really odd, it developed during puberty although it doesn't seem to react to steroids.

Pharma grade Exemestane in my opinion and also a study i read few years ago about the difference between AI's led me to stick with Aromasin over the other two common AIs (Arimidex and Letrozole )

Arimidex and Letro don't do exactly the same thing as Aromasin.
The latter is a suicidal Aromatase Inhibitor. This means that once it has bound to the aromatase enzyme, and thereby deactivated it, that enzyme remains bound to aromatase PERMANENTLY, rendering the enzyme inactive forever. Therefore, you do not end up with estrogen rebound.

as far as the dose is concerned, a subject must do bloodwork perhaps few times
before finding the sweet spot since each body is different.
I usually switch between 6mg a day to 12.5 every other day depends on what i'm running

All of my research indicates gyno from steroids is irreversible and will come back even with surgery if you use AAS again.

That said, steroid induced gyno is completely preventable by using reasonable dosages, learning your body's tolerance, and using an AI. I prefer Aromasin.

If you start getting gyno symptoms on cycle, it does not mean you have gyno, yet. You have two options: 1. stop the cycle, remove the hormone that is causing the gyno symptoms, and do a PCT with Aromasin, Clomid, and Nolva. 2. Continue the cycle and try to reduce symptoms by increasing your AI dose, adding Nolva (which binds to E2 receptors in breast tissue) at 5-10mg EOD or more frequently depending on your response. I have found this is usually sufficient. Some people prefer to add Letro vs. Arom. This did not work for me. I also have added DHT gel, applied directly to the nipple, and this also helps reverse gyno symptoms. It seems counter-intuitive to add more hormone, but DHT itself is the best E2 blocker out there. It is the hormone of male-ness.

Anyway, these methods work for me.

If you let gyno symptoms go untreated, you will develop gyno. Treatment is simple. Make sure you start you AI from the beginning of your cycle (I start a few days before my first pin to establish stable blood levels). Have Nolva on hand in case of emergency. If you have sensitive nipples, small lumps, etc, developing, add Nolva and increase AI dose (or stop your cycle).
