Deca for joints vs npp

My knees are shot. Typical bone on bone. Doc has been pushing for both knees replaced.
For past couple years I’m either screaming f&)( all day long or during the night. At least 3 years of this. Waking up and first thing I think is mother ($$(;@ I hope I can walk today.
About 8 weeks into 600 deca 600 test. And I’ve noticed the past three weeks possibly four they haven’t been nearly as bad.
I’m in construction so I kinda don’t want surgery as fear of could be worse.

Anyone just stay on deca for this reason. Also does npp help as well.

I’ve tried cortisone gel all the new bullshit. Lucky if I get a week from cortisone

Did that too. Sounded like someone tore a piece of paper next to me. I looked around and then saw my bi all balled up top. I shoulda got mine reattached. But listened to wrong doc.
Not noticeable oddly. Just a better peak on torn one.


Knees and other are from a 30’ fall in 93. Year in a wheelchair….. but tbh made me appreciate life more. And shit didn’t catch up with me til 30 yrs later.

I can relate to all of that as well. I’m an amputee (cancer) my back is fused and I’ve broken many bones (femur 5 times, ribs). I’m glad to wake up each and every day even with everything that has happened to me. I’ve been blessed with 3 kids and one coming soon. I hope you find some relief yourself.

I’m planning on being on deca low dose forever. 100mg EW makes my joints feel great.

Almost 20 years ago around when I first got on here I found out about Alfutop.. its a Romanian product.

I got a bunch of it and I think it works. I stopped using it because of the low dose deca but maybe I will start again.

I sourced it from some Romanians through whatsapp. Glass amps. Google “alfutop” and check it out. DM me if you want the contact.

Also I have read about people using adequan.. my vet prescribed it for my old dog because his hips were shot and he was like a new dog. Maybe someone on here has used it…

My 88 yr old Aunt had both knees replaced last year. She is doing great and gets around great. Still drives. I know multiple people who have had knee replacement in the last few years. All of them are doing great. I think a lot of these types of surgeries, especially hip replacement, have really improved in the last decade or so. So my advice is get the replacements if you can. If you have a good Ortho then do it. If you're in NC let me know. I can recommend someone.

Why be in pain man? Life is SHORT. Take care of yourself and don't try the old "blood and guts routine". Stealing a line from Rambo 2. Ha ha.

Deca won't structurally help bone-on-bone pain as there is no cartilage left to benefit from collagen or synovial fluid improvements.

If some sources started to stock it id give it a go. When I researched humans using it I found a good amount of them.. I think some of the geniuses on Reddit but also elsewhere. Very interesting stuff

NPP and deca are the same thing just different half lives. NPP does everything deca does vice versa.

If I remember correctly from what I had read the company makes it from beef trachea but wont release how they do it to the FDA so it cant be approved for human consumption.

Deca won’t help bone on bone lol trust me. I know. Once they are grinding your just fucked and all you can do is toughen up. Not a drug in the world that’s going to elevate or eliminate the arthritis and pain of grinding bones. It WILL contribute to get worse and it will never stop. NPP never helped my joints at all I was just using it abd made the switch to Deca last week and the joint effects are evident now. Minimal yet they are there. Everyone is different. It might not be that way for you. The only way to know is to try it. How old are you?

Not at all true. They are completely different things in my body. NPP I look dry and more grainy. Deca is definitely a more puffy look and the joint effects are night and day difference. Lots of things on paper do not equate to real world results lol you have to know that. Thee are no facts or rules with any drug response in different peoples bodies

yes, theoretically it is true, but probably the pharmacology of esters means that in practice the effects of Deca vs NPP can differ in some way

Man if you don’t get the surgery it’s only going to get worse. And the worse it get the harder the recovery. Stop masking it with gear nor drugs at this point it won’t do crap.

If you still want to go that route. Give klow a try. This stuff has changed my life. It a miracle drug for me. All my pains have gone away like magic.

I always get some pain on my recent operated shoulder when I do chest or machine flies. So I had to go very low on weights. Also my right knee started hurl it of nowhere. I couldn’t even squat down. After starting klow it’s all gone.

Yesterday when I sat on the chest machine. I was taken by how I had no pain and was able to go so heavy on the weight. I thought ok tomorrow this is going to kick back at me . Well I woke up with absolutely no pain. I’m in love with klow. My wife is jealous that I love klow

I know a couple from San Luis potosi mx who are both in their late 60's both had knee replacement surgery, and both recovered really well and walk really well and don't seem to be in any pain! I don't know if there is a really good surgeon over there or what, but that gives me hope that the medical community is getting better. And if i ever need a joint replacement I know where I'm going to get it done!
