Deca question?

I am currently on Test cyp from my hormone replacement Dr. 200mg a week. He just gave me some Deca. I am just adding it in to help my joint pain and that's it. What is the minimum dose to get relief? I currently weigh around 180 %14-15 bf 5'11" tall. 34yrs old.

Yeah from a pure joint relief stand point you might not need much; the aforementioned 150mg/wk is likely enough. Mind you it will take a good month for it to build up and you begin to notice the benefits

I use 150mg of deca right now and I have no shoulder pain what so ever. You may want to try 100mg to start out and see if that works.

10ml 200mg/ml. He said he would give it to me 2-3 times a year.

Yeah you have basically two options then: run it year round at about the 100mg you said or run it at 200mg a week but then you'll have to come off and on it. With just 2-3 [hopefully three] 100mg should give you the benefits after you've been on it a month or two. Some guys on here love low dose deca for joints and stuff year round.

Might as well start low and see how you do. I know for an anabolic effect I suggest 2mg per pound of bodyweight.

100 150 as stated above should help. With deca that low sides would be low to nil. At least for me they would. T

I stay on 300 mg NPP per week, year round, just for sholder spur's and knee's. I get no sides what so ever. After 3 months all sides went away.

If you're on nandrolone year round why not use the longer estered deca? Just curious
