Newb question but I've been using steroids since 1995 ... honest lol.

I've always used the glutes and shoulders. Shoulders are easy but the glutes are getting a little hard. I can only use one hand and I start to cramp up twisting around like that. I use a 22x1.5 dart so the gear runs faster so I'm not fucking around for 5 minutes trying to inject.

I hate the thighs always got a quad twitch that was a little painful.

Any other safer areas you guys inject in? I've been watching some videos and noticed guys do the lats but I can't reach my lats either.
 
22g is more than what is needed. Once its in there should not be much pain and you can take your time. I like 25g 1" for glutes and quads, sometimes for shoulders or even 5/8" for shoulders. How much/often are you injecting? I say figure out how/where to do your quads without issue and get somebody else to do you glute shots. Over looking your quads for injection is a large zone. My wife does my glutes if I ask. If your cruising on some TRT dose try some sub q sli pin test. I find that .3ml of oil, back filled, thru a 29g 1/2", in one spot is fine around the abdomen.
 
Smaller gauges...lats(get someone else to), tris and pecs
 
Right now Im shooting 3mLs of a T400 blend.

Its a UGL so whatever that totals lol.

Sunday nights I shoot 1.5mLs into each shoulder and sometimes alternate and use the Glutes but lately not often.

I was thinking of trying to compete in a bodybuilding show. A lot of my friends have encouraged me to switch from PLing to BBing.

I'm 5'6" 215lbs with abs and thigh separation but not saying I'm ripped or anything.

I'll give the thighs and extra go again and see whats up.
 
Insulin Syringes.

Traps, Pecs, Shoulders, Rear Delts, Tris...very little scar tissue.
 
as others have said, pecs, quads, ventroglutes (great spot).

Glutes and delt with 1.5in and 1in respectively is the most common I have known from a direction, you can have a try with lats with the help of others. :p
 
Tris and rear delts are my current favorites

chest? isn't that a little dangerous tho?

i know you would think its dangerous, the first time i did it i was nervous and very careful and slow. But now its easily my fave, think of a chicken breast, so much area to pin, and i dont even have huge pecs, but its a breeze to do once you get used to it, i dont go straight in either, i use a 23g 1" and go at a slight angle, try it you'll love it.:headbang: oh yea and be real careful with Quads, just ask me or Big A about that, i will never pin quads again.:eek:

Muscles work well... LOL. I like Glutes but quads and delts are easier...I just find glutes to be a pain stretching back. calves also and biceps as last resort if I was pinning a lot ...Some don't like the calves but besides the shaking i never had an issue. Mainly stick to glutes/quads/delts though. Never tried triceps lats or chest.
 
I've done just about everywhere. I stick to delts, chest, biceps, triceps, lats, and quads. I shoot smaller volume shots daily with a 27ga slin pin.
 
dude 22G needle went out with Eisenhower Battle Jackets. get a slin pin 27G - i use 29G 5/8 inch or 1 inch needle. i use 1/2 inch on subcutaneous injections and even shoot quads with that sometimes.

while sitting extend one leg straight out flexing your quad. pick and area on top of quad a little outside of center. if you extend right leg, pick an area 3/4 inch to right of center of top of quad. now using the smaller gauge needle you shouldn't have any quad twitch. i would get quad twitch on occasion when injecting more to side of quad, but top off center have not encountered it. and don't think about it hurting or twitching - power of thought will make it so. breathe and think light breezy thoughts of golden man oil making you strong and it becomes so.
 
25g X 1" needle for sure. Chest, Delts, Tris, Glutes, and Quads all work very well. Plenty of places to rotate there.
 
I only do ventro and quads - there's so many places on quads too. Delts and pecs are easy for me too, but I prefer the lower region.

3ml barrel with 28g needle. 22g to draw.
