Decided on frag, got some ??'s

Ok so I have decided on gh frag 176 in order to loose some stuborn belly fat. I have read from others that its best to take in the morning on an empty stomach and to not eat for up to 2 hours afterwards. The problem is that I do my workouts early in the morning and do my cardio in the night. Would it be possible to still do my workouts in the morning, eat my post workout meal, fast for 4 hours then take my frag and do cardio? I dont see any reason that wouldnt work being that it would be on an empty stomach. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I do not see why you couldn't do it either way.
 
hey post some results if you get the chance. seems like there is never any feedback @ frag. Lots saying they have it or going to use, but no afters, or recommendations after the initial posts.

I think there isn't much review on HGH Frag is because people rather use HGH instead.

HGH produces more results than just fat lost.
HGH Frag is 176aa while HGH is 191aa.
The added amino acids produces more results such as muscle mass.
 
From what I've read, the frag would seem better for someone interested in mostly fatloss.

Also, from what I've read, one seemingly unanimous advantage to the frag is that it does not cause insulin resistance (or at least to the degree that hgh does).

I've never run it myself, but when I get my diet/hunger under control, I definitely plan to give this a run, under Ron's guidance! ;)

You can do that no problem. When I was in my priming phase I was waking up, taking my frag, 15 minutes later taking my peps, 15 min later at the gym doing cardio. Eat about 2 -3 hours post cardio, fast again for 2-3 hours and repeat the above at night. Doing 2 mini fasts and 2 cardio sessions and staying carb free that whole day. Worked wonderfully.

Seems like a solid protocol....for frag to work u want an empty stomach....and to burn on mobilized fatt acids....extended periods of fasting during the day combined with exercise is the way to go
