I like MD the best out of the mags, I probably buy it most months. It's like reading for entertainment though most of the time, not really info seeking.
i love decline barbell.......outstanding exercise for the chest......really removes involvement of the delts......and places most the focus on the pecs....dorian loved them too......they just seem to be an overlooked movement by the general public.
I've had shoulder issues that always flare up while barbel benching, but since I switched flat to decline a couple weeks ago I've had no problems with it
