I think its of one of the best movements for chest It really takes out shoulders out of the question especially if you do it the way phil recomends .
if you do a search on here you will find they are highly recommended

I have heard that just one pressing exercise is all Phil Advocates for chest training!

Decline Bench 15reps
Decline bench 10 Reps
Decline Bench 5reps
Then Heavy flys in same rep range and thats it?
Will only take like 20mins or so.
if you can pay monthly ill deffo do it...being a skint student i cant outlay the money at once.
