Have you tried LBAs? Much easier to down a few TBS chocolate syrup then eat a plate of eggs or reheated chicken breast alot of the time... they def helped me out...
I'm going to guess that you might have some sort of viral infection unrelated to the gear as well. Give it some time. I never heard of test cyp causing such issues at low dosages unless it's not test c.
Unfortunately, I have the opposite problem…just reading this thread is making me hungry! On a serious note, if you think you're "backed up" (your words) I typically drink Metamucil and a bit of greek yogurt each day to keep me regular…I just have to keep pushing myself to stay hydrated!

PROBIOTICS.....I use udos probiotic blend. If I'm having a hard time using the toilet I take some probiotics, seems to get me crapping within 12-24 hours and makes my bowels feel great after Im cleaned out, leaving behind good bacteria.
