I am a victim of more is better in terms of cardio, but I hope I do not make the same mistake again when I will make a severe cut.
In of season I like to maintain 3 or 5 days of fasting cardio, 30 to 45 minutes. And yes, I will always walk, go up and down some slopes, although sometimes I will only walk in a straight line.

The thing with cardio, especially when dieting, is that it tends to make you far hungrier. If only doing it for fat loss, I recommend as little as you can get away with and with some, an extra 20 minutes a day is just a waste of time, especially if you're very active throughout the day

Yes, and you enter a vicious circle: you do cardio, you eat more, you do more cardio to compensate for that extra food ...
I don't move a lot during the day but I need to control my food more and not do so much cardio, it is not good or optimal for recovery, it is also boring and tired as shit.
I remember being a guy who hated cardio. I’m behind a PC all day so I consider cardio essential. Not to mention, cardio after a weight training session is therapeutic. I notice better clarity and enhanced mood when I’m consistent.
