One photo shows a woman with a seemingly impossible combination of muscle and low body fat.

The other photo shows 2 guys who have combined for more than 10 wins at Ironman Hawaii ..............2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run.

Apples to oranges? And while I honestly believe those guys were drug free, I wouldn't bet my life on it.

I think the definition of conditioning is dependent on the expected outcome.

The woman has reached a level of conditioning that is optimum for her goals, but I guarantee she could not stand a chance keeping up with those guys in an endurance event.

So all three of the athletes have reached their peak conditioning that is suitable for their goals.

But yes, apples to oranges IMO

That's just my take
 
Usually for bb'ing I think of conditioning as body fat, water weigh, etc for an appearance.

For fitness, health or other sports I think of conditioning more in an endurance aspect.

Depends on what you're talking about.
