Deca and tren can increase prolactin and cause issues, so a blood test could rule this out or estrogen issues. If it isn't prolactin, then it is from the dihydronandrolone metabolite from deca which displaces dht in the penis and is not near as androgenic which can be problematic, and of course the metabolites can linger for quite some time. Best bet is to flood your system with masteron prop(dht) for a short blast. Worked for me after being on deca for 7 months at 600mg and at first could go longer which was great, then one day dick was in the dirt.lol. After about a week and a half on the mast prop and trt, it came back to life.
