Delmonte's muscle building program... hype?

I keep hearing so much about vince delmonte's program from **broken link removed** and I was wondering if anyone here has ever tried it? Everwhere I look on the internet I hear people praising this guy like some kind of god and his program as if it was gods gift to body builders and hardgainers...It's almost like a weird cult of personality, reminds me of obama mania before he got elected. I'm about to start body building and I'm thinking about giving his program a go because of all the great things I hear about it and it's supposed unmatched effectiveness.. Can anyone out there verify these claims from first hand experience or dispell them as hype ALSO from first hand experience?? Thanks

I was actually looking through Seans stuff and found much of it to be very similar to what is in the beginners section here, one of the stickies - "growth principles for begginers." . I got on his mailing list and he sent me a copy of his threeway split. It was a basic push/pull/legs. He gives very good advice and it almost seemed like he came to many of the same conclusions as Big A did. Threeway split, less volume, pay attention to diet. He offers a lot in all areas including how to eat and grocery shop. Over the course of a couple of months, he mailed me something like his top eight rules and it was stuff that I picked up here, mostly. If I was starting from scratch, I'd definately purchase this.
