Delt tear, what should i do?

Apparently both delts have split due to excessive load on front squats. Surgery is not an option for right now. What chemically could I do to repair?
Var and gh? What peptides could I run?

Pericles can you define a little bit what you mean by your delts have split? Is it a muscle issue, rotator cuff, ect? Have you had an MRI?

Rotator cuff fully intact, the actual delt fibers have been torn not all of them its partial on each side.

Active Release Techniques will work wonders for a partial tear of the deltoid (anterior I assume).
