Yeah, thanks for the video. I really enjoyed watching that. Dennis is my age and I can identify with him in some ways. I always wondered how he was doing these days. In my past I trained around John Parillo some and I remeber that John was a sponser of Dennis' and used to feature him a lot. I took an interest in Dennis back in the late 90s.

I remember picking up the latest Ironman magazine when this came out and it had a picture of Platz on the cover squatting some rediculous weight. I was mesmerized by that picture, and then i looked down toward the corner and saw the headline about Dennis getting sick. I was shocked.

He looked so fucked up in the picture. If i remember correctly, in the article he said he had actually gone blind from the cancer, he woke up and couldnt see, but regained his eyesight back shortly after.

Newman had a great physique. Glad to see he's come back around.
