Wow, that's a great video! Last time I saw him pose was back in May of this year at the Chad Nichols Muscle Mayhem in Kansas City, MO. He was 305lbs that day and looked nothing like this. I got to talk to him backstage and then at the Cheesecake factory after the show, and he's one cool dude, Melvin Anthony was there too!

Yeah, him and Melvin were looking huge backstage and you could tell they were shoving the calories down like champs...Melvin was not afraid to be honest about what he was eating...the good comes with the tasty foods in high consumption - both are pretty cool guys! Good video!

He loks pretty good IMO. I agree tho the gut was sticking out pretty far during the back poses. All the bigger guys have it but I would still like to see some tigher waist lines. But over all I thought he looked pretty decent.

I would guess trying to get a big gulp of air. Posing all that mass must be taxing as all hell.

eating 6-8k calories and mega tons of protein makes it hard to keep your waist from blowing out...combine that with the heavy androgens and GH. Not to mention the fact that all his muscles have hypertrophied, even the stomach muscles. I doubt you could find someone who gets 250+ in the offseason, let alone 300+ and has a tight, small waistline, lean sure..but not small.
