Deployed, back, need a health check

I hope all is well.

I recently returned from deployment after about 14 months. I’ve cycled on and off for about 8 years but recently in the last 2 I’ve just stayed on. A few blasts here and there with some low dose of Tren, but mainly just raise my test then drop by down and cruise around 150mgs a week.

I have neglected bloodwork significantly and haven’t had it checked in 18 months. I feel great, sex drive is on point. I don’t have any complaints. Regardless I need bloodwork. What do you gents recommend I check?

Also, I’m trying to get my girl pregnant for the third and final time and I know I need to check certain things that for and possibly look into a fertility protocol. I know there are plenty of threads on all of this I just figured I’d solicit some new ideas.

Currently running:

Test E - 150mgs a week
Nolvadex - Aromasin 12.5 M/Th
Caber - .25mg M/Th (I’m sure many will have opinions on this but it’s worked great for me)
Cialis - 10mg for pump and every now and then before sex but rarely needed

Just curious. Why are you using Nolva, Aromasin, and Caber while on 150mg a week of Test?

I am not taking Nolva. I was typing too fast and thinking of other things. I’ll edit.

I am taking Caber strictly for the sex function benefit. I typically do not take it long term. I know there isn’t a lot of clinical research on this but I have personally experienced awesome benefits from using it regardless of what my cycle it but I do it for short periods. I’m thinking maybe my Aromasin is a bit high but leaving it until I check bloods.
