Im looking forward to him being in the open, its going to be tough but its good to see someone who isnt concerned with padding their record and wants to test themselves

yes I agree there mate it will be fun for us the fans to watch why wouldn't it be. that surely be fun. I would love to see where he stacks up with no wt limit against the open guys.

Anyone who says Derek needs to "add size" obviously hasnt been following his progress since he teamed up with MI40 and Pakman. Dude has blowwwwn up. DEFINITELY big enough with a pretty structure to win the 212 this year.

He does look incredible. But I bite my tongue because it's instagram and not stage shots.

212 will be just as competitive (if not more) than the open I believe.

will be interesting, i remember seeing Lee Priest up there on the O stage and as muscular and complete as he was his height always seemed to take away from his physique (IMO) when getting compared to other taller bb'ers

He is meaning that no one is talking about Lunsford moving to the open - hence the comment that Derek would need to bring up his legs to move to open - makes no sense

I agree.. His issue won't be needing size for the 212.. His " issue" will be not be his size.. It will be him outgrowing the 212 very quickly and heading for the open..
