Des and insulin

I have been doing my des pwo and slin pre. I wonder if doing them both pre would be better. Lower the insulin dose down a Lil with the design. What do you all think?

I'm planning on doing the same as well. IGF-1 and Insulin work synergistically.
50 mcg DES + 5 ius Humulin R with an intra workout shake consisting of 100g Vitargo, 25g Whey Hydrolysate, 5g Creatin, 3g Leucin and maybe some Citrulline, Taurine etc..

Been using 100mcg des and 10iu slin and haven't had any issues except for a huge pump

Pre workout I do
2 scoops whey
1 cup cream of wheat

Intra is karbolyn bcaas creatine glutamine

Pwo is 1 scoop whey karbolyn then a meal of lean meat and some carbs.

Pump is unreal bro
