Designing a short cycle- PB style

Does anyone have any suggestions on running GH through this blast cycle, I have seen lots of different methods when running GH with these types of cycles, such as 3 days on 3 off, 1 week on 1 week off, and 10 days on 14 days off for a few examples, and dosages ranging from 8-16IU postworkout. I dont have the money to run GH for several months at a time, but would a "GH blast" during the cycle where maybe 200IU total are used be worth the cost?

Doseages are a tad high for your cycle exp matey!

I cycle using short heavy cyc.s and can honestly say they work and work well. I follow 4 weeks on 4-6 off year round. The only time it changes is precontest when i may do a lower dose cycle for 6-8 week, but thats once a year when competing. I have used both short and long esters and i feel short eters work better as higher doses of long estered drugs are reccomened.

The short heavy cycling approach allows you to build solid quality muscle. The prime before hand is very important also; depleting glycogen stores and loosing fat.

Typically i will do 3 lots of 10 days cycles of one, two or three injectables or possibly an oral. I have also cycled prop at 200mg ED along with winni 100mg ED and dbol for 30 days straight with good results, i added 3-5lbs of LBM if i remember correctly from my diary. Insulin is almost always incorporated into any SHIC or as part of both my cycle and PCT. PCT is done for anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on AAS used.

Anyone who is skeptical about SHIC's or is going to flame then try a well strctured 30 dayer for yourself.

MY NEXT CYCLE
Days 1 - 10: 300mg Andstonon (test blend), 150mg Tri-Tren (tren blend) & 75mg A-50/25mcg T3 (homebrew tabs)
Days 11 - 20:300mg Test Prop 100mg, Tren Ace & 75mg A-50/25mcg T3 (homebrew tabs)
Days 21 - 30: 150mg Test Suspension, 100mg Winni & 50mg A-50/25mcg T3

Days 1-30: 12iu slin PWO

GH in SHICS
Would run GH at constant dose of 6iu (minimum) when on or off cycle but if you are only wanting to use GH when on cycle (coz' its costly aint it ppl) then i suggest running it ED 20mins before bed or 5 on 2 off.
