its just a thought and i can see the positives and negatives in the routine. Its not typical forsure but it does create a good enviroment for fat loss, and in theory holding on to muscle while allowing some
freedom and flexibilty.
bump for IF i found this IF didnt work for me but fir longevity and bf loss i can see it working , wasbt doable or enjoyable to me i need something in ne every 3-4 hr especially the leaner i get .
