I just started doing this detox where all I consume is a mixture of lemon juice, cayenne pepper, pure maple syrup and water throughout the day (about a gallon of it). Nothing else is eaten and only water and herbal teas can be drank in addition. It really sucks, but I don't feel too hungry and I'm thinking that seeing as though it has been proven and will rid my body of all the toxins in it, it will thereby give me a good foundation/base for contest prep. Any feedback/experiences would be helpful.
