Look at the improvement in Dexter’s quads. You always hear old guys lose the separation in the quads. Not Dexter! This is for all the old guys here.
Old PM members, let’s see what you’ve got.
Post up some pics for motivation...

The lighting on the second pic makes it look like somebody deep fried him

There was commentary from the Olympia that his legs seemed off. Especially from the back...

Dexter is a different breed for sure. I think he is finally on the decline based on what I saw this year...which is still good enough for top 10 and will be well into his 50's baring injury. Dude is a freak of nature.

To compete at at such a high level for such a long time. I can't say enough about Dexter.

I think he has way more muscle maturity, better vascularity... (but that could be to the drugs he took during this picture)

He's leaner in the second picture.

And has been breaded and deep fried too.

Due to his consistency, I think Dexter is one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time. To place in so many shows over the years is unreal and still look good at present.

He hasn't grown much since then, but the "old man skin" is definitely working to his advantage now. Grainy as a mofo!

I hope he goes to 50 but not past point to where he starts looking bad. I really hope he goes out still on top.

Definitely my favorite bodybuilder, he looks even happier in the current photo is my favorite part!

How is a guy like this still alive and kicking at the age of 48 and after competing in a million shows with obvious heavy gear usage!?!? Its truly mind boggling.

I mean think about alllll the contest prep gear usage. 3-5 shows a year...year after year after year.

I know i know..genetics.

he will definitely go down as one of the best

wonder how long it will take for someone to break his record of 'most pro wins'

I wonder if anyone will ever break it tbh.

Or he doesn't use as much as people think he does.

This guy never made a giant jump in stage weight, started competing at 145 lbs and always grew slowly.

It's genetics, consistency and smart drug usage. The candle that burns twice as bright also burns half as long. You can't go all out for that long. He never did in my opinion.

There's a video of him, completely off everything for 6 weeks I think; still huge.

or maybe these drugs aren't really as dangerous as people claim..
