He realized fast enough that instead of wasting time in training calves he could just go train another body part a few extra times a year. It's nice to have nice calves but I don't think most judges care for them just like forearms.

He does but if I remeber correctly in one of his videos he said he doesn't see why people think he needs to put a lot more weight on because he already won Mr. O at the weight that he is. I don't know but it seems like everybody is getting bigger and leaner by a much higher percentage that Dexter is.

A great bodybuilder though non the less.

Johnny, how ya been buddy?
It took me a while but I found my sweat spot. Clean food till it hurts. For me the limiting factor is how much food can be consumed and sent home.
At 53 I have never looked this good or gained quality muscle at this speed.

If it looks good, it is good! Bodybuilding is about looking perfect. Who cares how he got there..... oil, AAS or whatever. I'll trade bodies with Dexter any day of the week.
