As I type this I am watching the Travel channel episode of this show. Dhani Jones is there primarily to compete in Strongman. He and his guide, Hjalti Arneson, visited Jon Pall Sigmarsson's grave not long into the beginning. He also gets shown up lifting a log by a woman.

I watched that last night too. Enjoyed it for the most part. Guy seemed kinda like a baby for being an NFL player. Was neat to see more stuff on Iceland, I would love to travel and spend a summer there.

I was getting ready to go to sleep and saw it was coming on so I stayed up. Thought it was pretty cool. For no real strongman training I know of I thought Dhani did pretty good. I want to go to Iceland to train. Those boyz in Iceland don't Fuck around, I got respect for them.

dhani is a fine linebacker.......he can tackle plenty of guys......he is truly a great entertainer and a damn good football player......i take my hat off to him for going around the globe and learning all these different sports through trial and error......in other words.....baptism by fire......much respect to dhani!!!
