I'm running my dhb 100mgs Monday Wed and Fridays with 150mgs test same days. Is that the proper way to run dhb or should it be run daily ?

What ester? Normally it is Cyp

Dhb is cyp so no. Just get it in you

There’s nothing wrong with the way you’re running it. Guys like to split it up because no one likes to pin a lot of something that is (usually) going to hurt for a while.

i am now pinning sust and dhb 1cc m-f. i tried to pin it m w f but pip was so bad. so now i don't go more than 1cc and its better.

1250 sus
500dhb
1mg adex m w f so far so good.

will run this 12 weeks max than stay at 250 test for 8 weeks and clean out.

i've seen lists with DHB enan and DHB acetate.
i wonder if all along we've been getting DHB acetate.
unless there are test results that show the presence of the cypionate ester.

That's interesting. I've only ever seen cypionate and base. If some guys have unknowingly been using different esters than expected, then that might explain some of the wildly different reviews people have for the drug. Also, the pip experienced. Any acetate would likely be worse in terms of pip than an enanthate or cypionate.

i might actually lower it to .5mg m w f . dhb does have that affect from past experiences. i am running a bit higher test this time so will play around with it.

Thx guys.... I'm gonna keep it the same as far as shot days mon we'd Fri, but will increase dose to 150mgs every shot...
