DHEA is a MUST when using AAS

has anyone noticed a benefit when taking dhea and preg at a certain time? such as before bed or in the morning?

I have always taken it in the morning since it gives me a spike in energy levels

DHEA is garbage. I don't see any reason to use it. I recommend saving your hard earned money.

Off topic - DHEA for woman? I can’t remember when but I remember a woman saying she put on some muscle using it. I don’t know what else she was on.

I've never had woman use it, but it does appear to benefit woman. It would be interesting to see if they add additional muscle using DHEA.

The studies I've read show women get the most measurable benefits in general health markers. In all groups it leads to fat loss without other changes. I believe the increased glucose control and (for me) increase in estrogen are worth trying it.
