DHT blockers...?

What's your opinion of DHT blockers?

I've been using one for the past 5 yrs...and i still notice my hair thinning. (guess that DHT blocker isn't a solve all).

I used to have hair like a werewolf...now its starting to recede (sigh).

Anyway...this chit is not cheap.

Should i keep using it... or dump it?

BTW...its an oral and you need a script for this one.

I get my generic proscar from inhousepharmacy...generic from india. proscar is 5mg finasteride. this may be a bit more affordable for you. i break it into 4 pieces.

I had a script for finasteride from my doc ant this is a way cheaper alternative.

they also carry dutasteride. you may wanna look into this as well as it has been shown to be a lot more effective however also more expensive. Generic dutasteride through this place is a cheap as script of finasteride.

Nizoral 2% works very well for me. Washes off the dht on the shaft of the follicles.

If Fina doesn't work for you - try Minoxdil 15%. I was shedding like mofo and this did the trick and even regrew some on my frontal area, where I cared most about. I got the 15% from Amazon - its pain to use since you have to wash your hair/dry 2x a day but its worth it for me.

This is exactly what i do as well, as far as cutting it up into 4 pieces and taking 1/4 of a pill a day. It stopped my hair loss and I'm prone to hair loss in the genes

4 pieces?

Ok...must be using a Razor blade to do that.

I drop mine in 5oz of water...then take a 1 oz shot everyday or 5 days a week. Not sure if this effects the efficacy of the drug or not.
