Looking to compete this spring maybe NPC Lehigh Valley BB champ... or Body Rock in Virginia
5'6" 30 yr old male currently 239lbs; been training all my life; competitive since 1999.
Full time student (Bio major, chem minor)
I have a decent package to work with, however need work on Pecs
My last contest I didn't fair well (Eastern USA's 9th)
Current cycle consist of (the following is per wk unless stated other wise). Been bridging since Nov 7, 2009
Bridge cycle (b/w cycles or off cycle):
>200mg Primo
>200mg Ganabol (EQ)
>10-20mg var
>25mg clomid
>(100mcg CJC-1295; 200mcg GHRP-6) 3/day
>(60mcg IGF-1 Lr-3 [3-4X/wk] split into 3 daily injections)
>(80mcg IGF-1 rh [1hr post wo])
>300mcg PegMGF sat and sun
My bulk cycle will probably look like:
>500mg TE
>400mg T cyp
>400mg Dec
>(8)5mg d-bol/day total 40mg for first 4 wks
>6iu rHGH/day (2iu 3X/day)
>(60mcg IGF-1 Lr-3 [3-4X/wk] split into 3 daily injections)
>(80mcg IGF-1 rh [1hr post wo])
>300mcg PegMGF sat and sun
WO look like this w/o getting specific:
Mon- Chest, Bis, Abs
Tue- light calves, Quads
Wed- Back, traps
Thur- Delts, tris
Fri- hvy calves, Hams
Sat- Off
Sun- Off
Last show my diet sucked due to my school schedule. This semester it should be a little easier to work in my Diet and WO's, but I need major help so if anyone knows who can help me please refer them. I want to take it to that next level, but need assistance with my diet, supps, and training.
Below are some pics of my last show. Currently I have long hair--going for the Conan the Barbarian look.
