Diagnose me - liver ? Or ?

So pretty much any medication causes a bad reaction. Even something like 5mg of cialis. Or a night having a couple alcoholic drinks. What happens is I completely lose my appetite and ability to eat, what I do eat suffers from indigestion, I get very lethargic and sleepy and have no energy, and I get a very sore, achey, almost metallic feeling all throughout my throat and stomach. The only thing that seems to help is mediations for acid reflux, like prilosec. Something like tums feels good and gives a momentary relief, but for literally only a few seconds. I'm not sure what the issue is. I'm thinking it might be liver issues, so I ordered a few things, including tudca, milk thistle, and synthergine, but I could be wrong.

Instinctively I would say it's probably not the liver. Seems like orals turn on a lot of guys at some point and I know you've done some massive oral doses. But bbers usually get digestive issues at some point and a lot of foods are problematic too.
I remember Duchaine saying Anavar caused severe stomach issues in a lot of guys and Anavar is supposed to be liver-friendly. I never have any problems with Anadrol, which is supposed to particularly bad for the appetite. Superdrol at first made me feel sick but this time around I haven't felt bad. Maybe the trest is what's giving me an appetite, I don't know - trest newbie.

Are you taking cialis regularly? I can't take cialis. Most of the symptoms you described, I experience from cialis. I have went on and off cialis multiple times and it is 100% the culprit in my situation. My strength also goes down in the gym and my pumps aren't as strong.

Where are you getting that blend of bulk powders?

Yeah but it's not just appetite issues. Like for example last night it was bad, so I didn't even try eating anything this morning, and it was still bad, like death bad lol. Just my entire throat and stomach feeling like death.

Sound like you have ulcers , I'd see if you can have your Dr refer you to a gastroenterologist for an upper GI.
It could be absolutely nothing , or you could have ulcers that could be bad enough to be leaning towards Barretts Esophagus.

If it is ulcers they will probably prescribe something like Protonix , maybe Carafate depending where the issue is.

Do you notice that after one of these bouts that you get black or "tarry" bowel movement??
It could be more like back and grainy like coffee grounds as well , both of these are signs of a GI bleed , the consistency depends where it's at.

I was about to post that. If it was me I go to the er first then see what they tell me after ruining tests. I wouldn't wasted time going to my doctor to have him send me to a specialist

Like stated; go see a doctor. Don't order labs and try to self diagnose in case it's something serious

I'm out of the state visiting a friend this weekend so I can't really go to the doctor or the ER until at least Wednesday

But my "god sister" is a primary care physician/doctor and I spoke with her about it today. She said she doesn't think it's liver, that it sounds like "gerd", that I should continue taking Prilosec for now but should not take it long term, and that I should go get blood work done when I get back

So that's the plan

I smoke weed on rare occasions about once every 6 months

Easy way to see if it’s upper tract thing or an organ thing....put some cialis up your ass to absorb. If it’s a liver thing you’ll get all the symptoms. If it’s upper tract you’ll skip the symptoms because it will bypass that by going direct into your femoral artery. Anal suppository is pretty much like mainlining into your femoral.

And this is why we have 16hr waits in our waiting room, 60hrs from admission to transfer and 6:1 pt/nurse ratio. Completely unsafe due to such subacute cases overburdening the system.

Unless I was actively dying the very last place I would currently want to be is any hospital ED. If you can wait to diagnose yourself online and prescribe your own treatments (which if you talked to a pcp seems was a total waste of money) you can wait to see your physician and get tested out pt

This just sounds like it could be just acid reflux to me, you are describing exactly what acid reflux feels like? Except for the fact that tums aren't working for more than a few seconds, that is strange. Cialis is known for acid reflux, especially if you use it frequently.
