how many medications/supplements are you currently taking? your first post says "any medications I take". If your taking prescription meds (multiple) + supplements + eating for someone your size, I wouldn't be suprised if your having no appetite. Id do what others said and see a doctor and take a break for the stuff that you don't need (IE a doctor prescribed medicine for say high BP).

Come off everything everything, get some blood work done talk to your doctor get a full checkup get yourself back to baseline and evaluate.

I had to do this recently and I feel so much better, I suffered with a bad stomach and feeling shit for too long.

When my stomach is acting up + acid reflux and nausea, I notice more lethargy personally. Alcohol can definitely worsen reflux

Unless I was actively dying the very last place I would currently want to be is any hospital ED. If you can wait to diagnose yourself online and prescribe your own treatments (which if you talked to a pcp seems was a total waste of money) you can wait to see your physician and get tested out pt

This, as someone who works full time and pays for my own insurance (not relying on the government or others tax dollars) I will take full advantage of what I pay for. I think self diagnosis using Google is a bad thing, too many people now days think something is wrong with them because they read online and take a handful of pills in the morning for nothing.

I'm not even someone who goes to a Dr let alone er, just replying from my perspective that I more than pay my fair share so I would feel no guilt in utilizing the medical system as I need. But in general I agree that people go to the ER way too much.

I'm paying for it. I do agree some people go to the er for dumb reasons. But in reality what someone might think it's small and stupid could turn out to be something really bad.

I'll give you a perfect example. An old friend of the family may he RIP. Never suffered from headaches. One day he got one and was hurting him pretty bad.he just took Tylenol for its.this went on for 3 days.he ended up going to the er.and the cat scan showed he had brain cancer and doctors gave him one week left to live.he died 3 days later
So do you think if he would of gone to his primary they would of found that? Hell no.I bet they would of told him to keep taking Tylenol and to go get his eyes checked that most likely was his vision.

And even worse people self diagnose themselves. Or go to a forum and ask what you think this is.like if it's a guessing game
And people telling you what to take that are not even doctors
Oh I had that and I did this or took that amd bam it was gone wtf. Everyone and every situation is different even if symptoms are alike of other things

Anyone who feels like they need to go to the ER should UNLESS they are stoned. If you are stoned, you are not dying, you are having a panic attack, you aren't going to die, stop getting so stoned with a low tolerance.

Yes it does. It dilates blood vessels in smooth muscle, which aside from your penis, includes some tissues in your nose and also esophagus.

I agree with the idea of having people on forums diagnose you is a horrible idea, probably worse than using Google. A doctor once told me they call people who come to them after searching on Google "Dr. Googles". People diagnosing themselves as gluten intolerant, having IBS, having depression, cancer because they read an article about it on Google. Forums can be helpful for things like injuries but for actual medical stuff you will just get a ton of opinions from ordering 20 different supplements to sticking a Cialis up your ass. Forums have their place but Id guess getting a proper diagnosis from a forum probably has less than a 10 % chance of working and could cause more harm than good.

With esophagitis, you may be like me and have dysphagia. Trouble swallowing, food gets stuck.

The OP had some fairly serious heart issues awhile ago too. Nothing to fool around well.
