anybody else dealing with this? basically, it's a separation of the abdominal muscles, and is common in women after a pregnancy but is (apparently) fairly common in men, as well. granted, i DO have some extra belly fat to lose but this makes it worse b/c it makes my gut look bigger than it is and regular ab exercises can actually exacerbate the condition.
it's even starting to get uncomfortable, not painful, just feels weird when i sit upright for extended periods of time, and there are supposedly exercises you can do to help the condition, but i was wondering if anyone else has any knowledge or experience with them. i thought i was just getting a gut, but the doc just told me the deal, and a 'tummy tuck' is certainly not an option for me.
