Just for shits and giggles I ran sprints yesterday for around 25-30 minutes. My legs are SO sore today I can barely walk . I have not ran that fast in years!!! It actually felt really good. I'm trying to lose about 10lbs so I think I may add these a couple times per week to my regimen and ditch that boring ass cardio on the treadmill.
