Did Sprints Yesterday, Can't Walk Today

Just for shits and giggles I ran sprints yesterday for around 25-30 minutes. My legs are SO sore today I can barely walk :eek: . I have not ran that fast in years!!! It actually felt really good. I'm trying to lose about 10lbs so I think I may add these a couple times per week to my regimen and ditch that boring ass cardio on the treadmill.
 
good to hear, sprinting is great exercise, also for hard cardio, do 2000 km on the rowin machine as fast as u can
 
I USED TO DO SPRINTS UPHILL ON MY LIGHT LEG DAY.

NOW THAT IT'S GETTING WARMER...I'LL START DOING IT AGAIN. I WAS ALWAYS SORE FROM THOSE.
 
I can sprint almost 20 yards before I pass out.
 
I just started playing semi-pro football...and DAMN was I out of cardio shape.

My legs were pumped after each series...the next 2 days were hell...nah, I like the pain.
