IM 5'11 208 around 10-12%bf. my trainer designed a diet for me but i think its a bit low on several things. please critique. IM on 750test, 600tren

6 egg whites, 1tbls flax seed oil, 1/2 cup oatmeal uncooked weight, 5 grams glutaminr
meal two
2 scoops whey isolate (60 grams protein) 5 grams glutamine
meal 3
10oz raw weight chicken, 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, 1/2 cup veggies
metal 4
same as 3 plus no-xplode as my pre workout
meal 5. post workout...
60 grams whey protein isolate, 50 grams carbs, 5 grams glutamine
meal 6.
6 oz lean red meat raw weight , 1 1/2 cups veggies, 4oz sweett potato
