Diet and Cycle: Spring cutting

Hey guys, this is my first post here so hopefully its a good one. I'm 235lb right now 14% bf, 6'0. have had a couple cycles in my history. one with Test E and EQ, the other with test E, EQ, and d-bol.

For this diet and cycle im hoping to get down to 6-8% bf, hoping you guys could critique. I'm running a keto diet so no carbs. turns out to be about 3500 cals which is around my maintenance.

Diet: c=calories
Meal 1 – 1 tbsp coconut oil (117c fat), 8 whole eggs (200c protein, 376c fat)
Meal 2– 1 tbsp coconut oil (117c fat), 2 cups pork skins (157c protein, 180c fat)
Meal 3 – 1 tbsp coconut oil (117c fat) protein shake (200c protein,10 fat)
Meal 4 – 1 tbsp coconut oil (117c fat), 8oz ground beef (454c fat, 160c protein) 1758, 901
Meal 5 – Isopure Protein Shake (200c protein, 10c fat)
Meal 6 – tbsp coconut oil (117c fat), 4 tbsp cream cheese (182c fat, 18c protein), Smoked salmon 8 0z (166c protein, 88.18 fat)
Meal 7 – 1 tbsp coconut oil (117c fat) protein shake (200c protein,10 fat)

Cycle:
1-6 sust, 650mg
1-6 t-bol 40mged
7-12 Prop 100mg eod
10-12 winny 50mg ed
Clenbuterol 2wk on 2 off throughout

AI - a-dex 1mg ed weeks 1-12 (bad gyno)

pct - clomid weeks 13-16 100,50,50
Aromasin 13-19 25mg ed

Fat sources/veggies

One thing I could say dietwise is try to vary the fat sources a little. Try including extra virgin olive oil, fish oil, macadamia oil or a blend like Udo's. The monounsaturated fat and EPA/DHA in the fish oil have numerous health/hormonal benefits. I might try to add in some green veggies, I know you said zero carbs but I dont think a few servings of broccoli or spinach would hurt either, again just for health benefits. Maybe just a greens formula??? Looks pretty solid to me though. :cool:
